Due to growth, we are currently recruiting for a Business and Corporate Trainer and Assessor to join their team. ing to the Head of Learning, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing, delivering, and assessing vocational training courses in the field of business and management. This role is crucial in equipping individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the corporate world.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive training programs and course materials in the areas of business and management.
• Deliver engaging and informative training sessions, both in face-to-face and online formats.
• Assess and evaluate the performance of course participants, providing constructive feedback.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate relevant changes into training programs.
• Collaborate with the Head of Learning to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
• Participate in curriculum development and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.

What We’re Looking For

• Extensive background in business and/or corporate training and coaching.
• A deep understanding of business and management principles.
• Proven experience in curriculum development and instructional design.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Qualifications in adult education, training, or a related field are highly desirable.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
