Position Summary
The Office of Population Health Sciences (OPHS) at UI Health develops, promotes, and coordinates a system-wide clinical plan to accelerate the development, evaluation and implementation of strategies focused on advancing the health of populations served. The Executive Director-Healthcare Strategy provides high level strategic, administrative direction, leads efforts to create momentum & value around health care system improvements, including integration of physical, behavioral health, equity, health related social needs, transition of care, & continuity of care. They establish partnerships with stakeholders with a focus on public systems of care. This position will enhance quality/equity-informed models of care and establish evidence-based practices for using these approaches in research and care delivery initiatives for the UIC OPHS, OVCHA & across the enterprise (hospital, clinics, colleges).
