Search Hiring for Project Administrator at Glasgow Full Time

Search are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Administrator to join our client who are located in the City Centre of Glasgow. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to enhance your career, supporting with large projects and implementing new office processes for document control.

The hours of work are Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm, with a 1 hour lunch break and will be located fully onsite. The successful candidate will enjoy a competitive hourly rate ranging between £13.74 – £14.84 per hour depending on experience. This role is temporary to begin with but will become permanent after 3 months for the right person.

This exciting opportunity will be working for our client who are a Commercial/Construction firm, who have a number of different projects they oversee. Therefore, this role will be supporting the wide range of documents and contracts and supporting the Commercial Manager and Company Director with all administrative and coordinating duties.

Previous experience in Coordination/Administration is a must, as is the flexibility to assist the team on a range of assignments when required.

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Ensure s are up to date for the management team for each entity
• Support the office with all contracts/ document control for sites
• Be able to organise and implement new processes for document control and filing of contract paperwork
• Be able to use Excel on a basic understanding, with basic sums and spreadsheet data entry
• Source suppliers/pricing for materials and draft up pricing s to forward onto office management
• Manage rental portfolios, correspond with residents for any maintenance repairs or rental enquiries
• You will also be responsible for conducting VAT returns and bank reconciliations after training from management
