Job Description:

Are you technically minded with the ability to understand complex queries and enquiries? If you have experience within a sales administration or technical customer service role this may be the perfect next move to progress your career. My client is looking for a candidate to join their technical sales support team in Redditch. They provide full technical training on products with ongoing development.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to customers answering calls and emails.
• Process through orders checking details carefully.
• Upsell and cross sell where possible to maximise revenue.
• Ensure correct materials are in stock and provide ETA’s accordingly.

Skills and Attributes required:

• Preferably working within a sales administration or technical support team previously.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Confident when speaking to customer on the phone and over email.

This role is Full Time Monday-Friday 8am-4pm with a 30 minute break.
