Evening Legal Secretary – 2pm – 10pm – US Law firm – £50k

An ever growing US law firm in the city are seeking an Evening Legal Secretary to cover the hours of 2pm – 10pm. Thi s role works alongside another Evening Secretary who completes the same shift.

You will cover lawyers across all departments including Corporate, Finance, Litigation/Disputes and Competition.

Typically duties include diary management, arranging travel, document amendments/production, internal/external meeting arrangements and screening incoming evening calls.
