The Personnel department supports Daktronics employees worldwide, with a mission to enable Daktronics success through people, for long-term mutual prosperity.
The individual who fills this position will be part of the HR Professional Services team within the Personnel department.
This team focuses on governance guidance and policy, project management, and initiative and improvements leadership to support a high performing workforce.
Responsibilities
Educate these partners about the opportunities we have and are developing.
We anticipate that once the individual that has filled this position has finished their onboarding, they will have capacity to take on additional responsibilities, perhaps 30% of their time.
Focus areas we are currently considering are in the areas of business analytics, compensation strategy, inclusion journey leadership, and marketing strategy.
We will choose the additional responsibility based on business need and skills and capabilities of the individual.

Where will I work?
While most of the work can be done remotely, we have a strong preference for this individual to reside near our corporate headquarters in the Brookings, SD in order to be able to engage with key talent partners in the area.
