Customer Service Representative
Full-time (40 hours per week)
Onsite: Located in St Charles, Mo.
The Customer Service Representative will typically do the following: listen and respond to customers’ needs and concerns, provide information about products and services, take orders, determine charges, review or make changes to customer accounts, handle questions or complaints, record details for customer contacts, research answers or solutions as needed, refer customers to supervisors, managers or other team members as necessary.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Develop a professional relationship with domestic customer accounts
· Communicate with customers, sales representatives, distributors, and production manager with any order updates
· Process quotations, purchase orders, and other related information as needed
