We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in the Manufacturing industry.
This is a permanent, full-time position that offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to onboarding, and will play a critical role in ensuring we are hiring the best possible talent.
Responsibilities :
1. Lead and manage the full life-cycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and recruit high caliber employees.
3. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, job specifications, job duties, qualifications, and skills.
4. Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and manage on-going manager relationships.
5. Utilize ADP for applicant tracking, onboarding, and ing.
6. Conduct new employee onboarding to ensure a positive and welcoming experience.
7. Manage talent management initiatives, including performance management, succession planning, and employee development.
8. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
9. Provide regular updates and feedback to HR and leadership teams.
10. Continually work on ways to improve the recruitment process and candidate experience.
Qualifications :
1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the Manufacturing industry.
3. Strong experience with ADP or similar HRIS systems.
4. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
5. Proven experience in managing end-to-end talent acquisition processes with a focus on delivering a superior candidate experience.
6. Strong knowledge of labor legislation and employment equity regulations.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and meet the time demands of unpredictable activities.
9. Capable of handling confidential information with the highest degree of integrity.
10. Strong decision-making skills.
