We are looking to hire a Front Desk Receptionist. The successful candidate should be outgoing and friendly with a gregarious personality and a natural talent for customer service.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
- Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
- Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Skills And Qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Prior experience in an office is a plus.
- Must exhibit professionalism, excellent interactive skills, and strong customer service.
- Must display strong analytical and organizational skills.
