The opportunity

The Head of Affinity & Agency Partner Growth business leadership role is key to strengthening existing partner relationships and to further leverage digital opportunities to win new Partners for QBE Consumer Division. You will be accountable for enabling the sustainable growth of the Affinity and Agency partner channel and for building strong and proactive relationships.

Your new role

As Head of Affinity & Agency Partner Growth you will be innovative in the design of growth strategies and bring to life and embed the Partner Value Proposition.

Some of your day-to-day tasks may include:

• Design and develop the channel strategy for the Affinity and Agency (CHU) Partner channel, translating the Consumer customer and distribution strategy requirements and develop an executable roadmap
• Design and execution of portfolio growth strategies to maximise the value of existing partnerships and to support the successful winning of new partners
• Accountable for the revenue generation of these Partner channels (NB and Retention GWP)
• Build strong and proactive relationships with Partners and bring QBE’s Partnering Value Proposition to life for Affinity and Agency (CHU) Partners
• Implement and oversee strong governance frameworks for all Partners and oversee the governance of CHU in compliance with the DUA framework

About You

To be successful as Head of Affinity & Agency Partner Growth you will have experience in a similar Leadership role within Insurance of Financial Services.

You will also have;

• Strong knowledge of statutory/ regulatory regime and experience in running strong governance and oversight frameworks
• Strong strategy development, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in delivery to go to market and channel strategies with a track record of delivering sustainable growth Advanced Relationship management and communication skills
• Advanced knowledge of the Financial Services and relevant industry experience
• Excellent project management skills, workflow management and process design capabilities, and a proven ability to build and manage strategic initiatives from idea to completion
