You’ll be building content for an amazing product offering in a growing market, working with a team of experienced marketers, product managers, engineers, and designers.

As a Content Coordinator on Steer Health, you will be responsible for the creation and execution of high-quality content for lead generation campaigns and brand awareness on Steer Health’s website, social media, emails and various marketing channels. Your focus will be on identifying content opportunities, creating excellent content, and ensuring your content makes an impact on lead generation and user acquisition.

While expertise in healthcare or health tech is advantageous, a native-level proficiency in English is required.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging social media content and manage our vibrant online community
• Craft insightful blog content in alignment with industry trends and current healthcare discussions
• Assist in PR outreach and pitch compelling stories about Steer
• Coordinate effectively between management and design teams to ensure seamless content creation
• Create compelling marketing materials, including flyers, video scripts, and persuasive landing page copy
• Create email marketing copy for weekly newsletters and various marketing campaigns
• Help establish a unified brand voice across all Steer Health assets and channels
• Continuously measure and create s leveraging Google Analytics, Hubspot, social media analytics and other relevant internal and external tools
• Analyze data and performance to continuously optimize and build strategic content that resonates and brings value to our target audience
• Stay up to date with market trends and find new ways to showcase content that fits our audience

To excel in this role, you should have experience with the following tools and platforms:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in marketing, communications, journalism or related fields
• 1-2 years of experience in Content Marketing and/or journalism
• Healthcare or health tech industry expertise in mandatory
• Enjoy a fast-paced environment and can easily multitask, prioritize, and manage your time efficiently due to tight deadlines and volume of work
• Ability to take projects from concept through completion
• Any level of SEO expertise is a plus
