Job Summary
As an Insights Analyst, you will be an integral part of our Evaluation Services team. Your role will involve listening to recorded phone calls between our healthcare clients and their customers, with a focus on capturing the data and insights our clients seek. You’ll apply your exceptional verbal and written communication skills to evaluate quality and compliance, all while uncovering valuable customer insights. This role demands precision and attentiveness, as you’ll be responsible for concisely capturing both stated and implied messages and documenting them in our online proprietary system. You’ll work both independently and collaboratively within a virtual team to ensure accuracy and consistency. Your insights and findings will contribute to the narrative that our team leaders use to tell a compelling story to our clients. Over time, you’ll become a subject matter expert in the programs and services offered by our clients.
Qualifications
Our ideal Insights Analyst possesses the following qualifications:
An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred, with a focus in health care, social work, English/writing, data analysis, or related fields.
1-3 years of experience in health care, social work, compliance, quality assurance, or similar domains.
Nurses (RN, LPN, etc.) and other healthcare professionals with nursing degrees (BSN, MSN, etc.) are especially welcome.
Experience in customer service, call center operations, direct patient care, or telephonic care management is desired.
Exceptional listening and written communication skills.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
A demonstrated ability to meet deadlines for assignments and special projects, reflecting a strong sense of timeliness.
Capable of working effectively autonomously with limited supervision.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, and a genuine desire to learn.
A process-driven mindset with a keen eye for detail.
Additional Information
This is a virtual/remote position.
Planned in-office activities may be required on occasion (approximately 1-2 times per year).
Travel costs for required trips to the office are covered by the company for employees who do not live in Indianapolis.
Candidates must reside in the USA and be authorized to legally work for any employer in the USA without requiring employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.
