Talenza Hiring for Business Process Analyst at Brisbane, Queensland, Australia Full Time

Our client, a Financial services organisation based in Brisbane requires a Process Analyst to support a 3 year Financial Crimes Program initiative on an initial 12 month contract.

Your responsibilities:

• Review existing processes and workflows and identify improvements
• Conduct detailed analysis and gap analysis to identify pain points
• Writing detailed s and using findings to provide recommendations
• Review and update training materials
• Document business process modelling
• Regularly interact with various stakeholders

Essential Requirements

• Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology and/or Business or equivalent industry experience

• 3 years of experience as a Process analyst
• Must have experience in Banking/Finance or highly regulated industries, working on regulatory/compliance projects
• Experience in Financial Crimes is highly regarded including AML/KYC
• Ability to work with an ambiguous scope and dynamic environment
• Resilience and ability to initiative
