Position Description :

As an integral part of the Demand Generation team, the Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the Top of Funnel inbound demand strategy through digital channels.

This person will be a large contributor to the day-to-day execution of all digital channels including Paid Advertising and Organic strategies, segmented marketing plans, website optimization, marketing automation, and Account Based Marketing.

Position Duties :

• Work alongside the Digital Strategy Manager to launch digital marketing campaigns, optimize the website, maintain the marketing automation platform and processes, and conduct campaign ing.
• Assist in planning and implementing new digital campaigns to drive quality leads and pipeline.
• Support the planning and execution of Account Based Marketing programs and segmentation.
• Conduct A / B tests to improve the website and digital campaigns.
• Assist with the creation and testing of marketing automation programs required to support digital marketing initiatives.
• Partner with the Digital Marketing Specialist to implement our Live Chat strategy.
• Collaborate with Web Development, Content, and Brand teams to improve messaging, the digital buyer journey, and SEO rankings for the website.
• Establish relationships with third-party vendors and consultants to track and optimize results.
• Closely collaborate with the Demand Generation, Brand, and Product Marketing teams to ensure that solution messaging and brand standards are consistent in digital efforts.
• Use ing and analysis to make recommendations on future value and pursue continuous improvement across digital campaigns.
• Team up with Sales and BDR leaders to ensure marketing alignment on campaigns and pipeline goals

Desired Skills and Experience :

• Minimum of 1-2 years experience performing in digital marketing channels
• Understanding of paid digital campaign management
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (Hubspot, Pardot, Eloqua, Marketo, etc.)
• Knowledge of SEO factors & key algorithm updates
• Strong project management and organizational skills with a high attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills including proofreading and editing digital assets
• Able to multi-task and lead multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to work cross-functionally with other areas of Marketing & other departments
• Highly self-motivated; able to collaborate and contribute in a team environment, as well as the ability to be self-managed and work independently.
• Proven track record responding to and prioritizing changing demands
• Google Analytics experience a plus
• Salesforce experience a plus

Where required by law, Motus provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The pay range for this role is $60,000 – $65,000.

Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidates relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
