ing to the Senior Marketing Manager, Acquisition, the Paid Social Media Manager will be responsible for the execution and ongoing management of paid social campaigns to deliver on both brand objectives and new account goals by region.

With your ability to deliver results and bias for action mindset, you’ll play a key role as part of a performance team that ensures we have recruited enough delivery partners to fulfill Amazon’s promise in getting packages to customers. You are analytical and have a good eye for detail, and are a seasoned expert in driving acquisition via social campaigns.

We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in implementing, optimising, and ing on social campaigns across all major social platforms.

Key job responsibilities

• Plan, implement and optimise social activity to achieve Amazon Flex’s goals of leads and new accounts.
• Monitor and on channel results, such as visitation, leads, conversion rate, CPL and new accounts created. Use these insights to optimise activity and plan experiments.
• Develop audience-led social strategies, with a focus on tailoring acquisition messaging based on each segments motivators and needs.
• Provide input to forecasting, goals and weekly s.
• Plan and perform regular A/B tests to enhance performance, and provide recommendations that will increase acquisition and ROI.
• Develop or brief creative partners on asset tests to be executed across key platforms.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers to plan and implement Brand activity across social channels, ensuring that social executions are consistent with the Amazon Flex brand and campaign strategy and that measurement methodology has been defined.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with platforms and partners direct. Stay informed about platform updates, new features and best practices.
• Keep up to date with the latest social and performance marketing strategies, product updates and industry best practices to inform new approaches, platforms and campaign types for testing.

Basic Qualifications

• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
• Bachelors Degree
• Experienced in implementing and optimising acquisition campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager
• Strong grasp on various social media platforms, features, and best practices: particularly Meta and LinkedIn
• Understanding of how to best measure brand impact through social campaigns, including implementation and interpretation of in-platform Brand Lifts
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Ability to correlate results from data analysis to make recommendations and drive decisions
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables) to analyse data and generating s

• Proficiency with graphic design tools.
• Copywriting experience, ability to translate brand messages across platforms
• Decision-making skills with proven ability to influence, align and inspire
• Strong project management skills and experience, including owning end-to-end-solutions
• Comfortable with ambiguity, and ability to work independently and autonomously.
• Experience working in a challenging, fast-paced and high-performance environment
• Verbal and written communication skills; ability to write succinct and compelling business reviews and recommendations
