Executive Director, Healthcare Practice Management

Our client is looking for a full-time Executive Director, Healthcare Practice Management to join their team in beautiful Missoula, MT. This hands-on position will be leading a variety of operational and administrative functions for multiple service lines in a healthcare environment.

Executive Director, Healthcare Practice Management Responsibilities

• Responsible for leading, planning, and executing strategies to grow and improve the performance of service lines and practices.
• Monitor KPIs against industry benchmarks and communicate initiatives and plans.
• Ensure hiring, compensation, quality, and experience expectations are met.
• Develop business plans for future and current services.
• Participate in financial forecasts and budgeting monitoring overall financial performance.
• Collaborate with leadership on new facility designs and planning.

Executive Director, Healthcare Practice Management Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Healthcare Business Management or Business Administration related field; Masters degree preferred.
• CPPS or CMPE certificates preferred.
• 10 years of progressive practice management experience including financial, human resource and operational management, and understanding of ambulatory care.
• Excellent communicator with exceptional business partnering skills.
• Strong business acumen for strategic planning and decision making.
