An opportunity to align your career with a specialist hotel brokerage firm that sells luxury resorts, boutique hotels, hostels, and motels across Australia. This group is led by some incredibly talented and well-connected brokers that are looking for the support of a savvy marketing coordinator to join the team. Set in the heart of the Sydney CBD this true 9:00am – 5:00pm role offers plenty of autonomy and scope to help further build the brand and drive efficiency across the marketing team.

What will you be doing in this role:

This role will see you take ownership of all sales campaign whilst also overseeing the brand and sponsorship opportunities. The role is open to you brining ideas to the table to streamline processes and showcase your creative flair.

  • Book photographers and copy writers
  • Book print and digital marketing campaigns
  • Manage social media posting to staff and company accounts
  • Prepare submissions for new business pitches
  • Assist with collating marketing budget and timelines
  • Database management and ing
  • Prepare and send EDM’s
  • Upload listings to multiple websites
  • Prepare and issue press releases
  • Manage expenses and travel for the Director
  • Coordinate events attendance and assist with sponsorship opportunities
  • Assist with building the brand and promoting the team
  • Act as champion for CRM and train staff on best practice

The Right Candidate Will Have

  • Experience using InDesign and GSuite
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage deadlines
  • Previous property marketing experience
  • Confident with LinkedIn and email marketing campaigns
  • Immaculate presentation
  • A collaborative team player
  • A creative mindset, always evolving with new trends
