We are looking for an experienced Social Worker for Child in Need/Child Protection teams.

Pay Rate – up to £35.21/Hr.

Location – Sefton

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Complete children and family assessments for children with complex disabilities and health care needs
• Present the needs of families to disability resource panel to secure packages of care
• Review packages of care
• Manage CIN plans, CP plans and CFC plans
• Chair CIN meetings and Core Group Meetings
• Attending strategy meetings and completing section 47 enquiries

Essential Requirement:

• SWE Registered
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience as Social Worker in children’s services
• Must hold UK Driving License
