We are looking for a Customer Service Representative

This is not the traditional environment where you are overworked and underappreciated but a call environment where we will work with you one on one to help you and our team grow. We are willing to train the right person that fits into our office, we just ask that you are coachable and have the willingness to learn and give 200%.

Sit at a workstation to interact with customers using a computer and headset. Unique large desk with the raiseable desktop option to sit or stand to work. Has a locking personal cabinet.

Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner. On average you will complete over 150 calls a day

Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

Familiarity with CRM technology is recommended but not required.

Excellent time management skills.

High school diploma or GED required.
