Account Manager Responsibilities

• Planning and overseeing projects to ensure they are completed in a timely fashion and within budget.
• Plan and designate resources, oversee technical service agreements, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed through the entire process.
• Main communications link between the customer and Denison.
• The Account Manager will administer all systems for their customers including entering Sales Orders, Part Numbers, Bills of Materials, Formula, Pricing, etc.
• This role will work to communicate customer requirements to the rest of the organization.
• Keeps stakeholders up to date on the progress of their accounts and issues a to their customers outlining the status of their orders in the agreed upon period (OOR).
• This role is also responsible for follow-up on all materials needed to produce commercial customer’s orders to support production including controlling customer projects from order origination to final approval and shipment per customer specifications.?

Account Manager Qualifications

• 4-6 years of direct Account Management experience
• Ability to manage Direct s
• Ability to train direct s
• Completed Account Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified associate in project management (CAPM)
• Fully guides projects through Denison’s product development cycle
• Instructs junior Account Managers in Denison’s product development cycle
