Position Overview
Are you passionate about providing top-notch customer service and satisfaction? Join our team as a Remote Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will have the opportunity to assist Medicaid providers and clients by addressing inquiries related to eligibility, medical claims status, and program details. We are dedicated to providing strategic solutions to businesses of all sizes and partnering with our clients and candidates to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
Promptly and courteously respond to phone inquiries
Assist Medicaid providers and clients with questions and concerns
Facilitate problem resolution in a timely manner
Accurately document all interactions in online logs
Transfer callers to other Call Center units when needed
Meet individual performance standards and metrics
Perform any additional duties assigned by management
Maintain strict adherence to attendance and performance metrics
Requirements
Be available for any 8-hour shift between 7 am and 7 pm
Schedule changes cannot be accommodated during the first 90 days
Preference for location in Austin, TX, remote work contingent on business needs and performance, with possibility of transitioning to onsite in the future
