The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing warehouse operations. These operations include shipping, inventory, delivery. Your goal will be to increase operational efficiency and ensure a safe environment. Track deliveries and ensure that all deliveries are in proper order. Hire drivers, Manager and train dispatchers.

- Inspect warehouse and keep the warehouse clean and safe
- Manage warehouse staff
- Evaluate performance metrics to ensure quality delivery and cost-efficient work-flow processes

- Manage Dispatcher
- Manager Owner Operators
- Manage Pay Roll
- Adapt to increase sales
- road test drivers if necessary
- Train and hire Owner Operators
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Class 1 drivers license a must
- 5 years’ of warehouse experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Excel and Word)
