The Talent Acquisition Internship is a full-time paid position for a current undergraduate or graduate student looking to pursue a career in HR or Talent Acquisition after graduation.
The internship will focus on meaningful project-based work supporting various corporate and field TA initiatives. This internship will be based out of our Niles, IL Corporate HQ, and will last approximately 12 weeks during Summer 2024.

This role may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary incentive program, subject to the rule governing the program.
Position Summary :
The company’s Internship Program provides Interns the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities and projects designed to provide exposure to the business and development of their leadership skills.
This position collaborates with members of their designated team and builds relationships with customers, leaders, and peers within the company.
The Intern will work in one of the following areas based on the specific available Internship opening : Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Growth Management, Commercial, Supply Chain / Manufacturing, Field Operations, Distribution, Planning, Accounting, IT, Data Analytics, HR, Legal, Safety, etc.
