Elite Personal Travel Agency Hiring for Reservation Agent at California, United States Full Time

Leisure Life Travel is a 24×7 after-hours travel service provider. We are looking for Reservation Agents to join our successful remote agent team. Agents will handle incoming calls from their own marketing efforts looking to book all travel components (air, car, hotel, and rail) in accordance with agency policy to best meet customer’s travel objectives. It’s all about the customer! Candidate must be a self-starter and able to handle reservations via phone and email.

Candidates must have the ability to problem solve, work independently, offer exemplary customer service skills, and follow all agency clients’ policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must have working knowledge of MS office products
• Many shifts available which will include weekends and Holidays. Set your own workable hours that fit you own business
• Candidates must have high speed Internet access and a quiet work area in their home as well as own computer and headset
• Ability to offer superior client service to a diverse clientele
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
