INX International Ink Co Hiring for Customer Service Representative at La Mirada, CA Full Time
Job Description Hourly rate: $23 – $25 depending on experience. The customer service representative will manage and process orders received by email (mostly) and telephone from our external customers and INX employees. As a CSR you will be responsible for:
- Preparing orders for billing and related functions
- Receiving, investigating and responding to customer concerns about product, service or billing
- Performing consignment inventory and billing functions
- Preparing s for management and customers
- Providing administrative support to mini plant accounts by entering data associated with inventory capture movement and relief, either stock or customer filled
- Performing searches for internal and external procurement of materials, both raw and finished goods; maintain all related mini plant data in SAP
