The role

Bring marketing to the forefront of everything they do! Provide leadership and direction to a team of Marketing and Bid Coordinators, create development opportunities and collaborate across all business units.

• Plan, develop and deliver annual communication strategy
• Analyse success of communication strategies and monitor industry trends
• Lead and maintain all marketing material and platforms eg website, brochures and capability statements, Linkedin, intranet
• Review and update marketing collateral and provide continuous improvement to branding guidelines and templates
• Lead development and ongoing improvement of tender templates, image library and resources
• Provide support and guidance to strategic tenders
