Purpose

This role is to collaborate with stakeholders from client and related third parties to define and document business processes and business requirements for change initiatives and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Working directly with the business customer and stakeholders to identify the business problem, the opportunities and document the business requirements in a concise way to the agreed standards.

• Document ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes.

• Evaluate potential solutions, including IT off-the-shelf and customised solutions to ensure that they meet business requirements.

• Seeking stakeholder feedback and relevant sign offs for deliverables.

• Coordinate user acceptance testing and signoff as and when required.

• Contributing to the development of sound business cases by providing relevant options with the appropriate cost/benefit analysis

• Provide ad hoc analysis, as required, for projects, business cases etc. or otherwise directed
