WorkFit Medical, LLC Hiring for Healthcare Recruiter at Rochester, NY Full Time

WorkFit Staffing and Delphi Healthcare PLLC have been providing staffing placement locally and throughout NYS for over two decades. We are seeking an experienced recruiter to assist us in recruiting and placing healthcare staff locally with long term care facilities, clinics, and at our client hospitals throughout NYS.

Currently, we are experiencing tremendous business growth and require an additional Healthcare Recruiter to join our team!

Your focus will be the recruitment of Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Nurses, Personal Care Aides, Radiology Technologists, Medical Assistants, and some non-medical opportunities.

The right candidate will have experience in a high-volume environment, be knowledgeable in preparing and posting job ads across multiple sourcing sites and ATS, be driven to produce results, and work well both in a team environment as well as independently.

• Bass salary $55,000 – $60,000 + Bonus Potential

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Aggressively help recruit new qualified staff to assist with new business growth.
• Utilize a sense of urgency, with persistence and professionalism to achieve placement for your medical staff candidates.
• Capable of utilizing all recruiting channels, including Internet sources, databases, and social media/networking to their fullest capacities
• Maintain ATS database regarding status of potential candidate’s persuasive, influential, and professionally persistent
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills and ability to communicate with candidates in a professional manner
• Strong organization and time management skills
• A creative thinker who likes to think outside the box
• Meets Departmental and Individual Goals
• Exhibits cooperation and teamwork with fellow employees
• Attendance – be on time, schedules days off in advance, checks in and out when working in the office
• Dependability – can be counted on, does not need to be reminded of work to be completed
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area; organized
• Displays high level of energy and motivation
• Adaptability – able to adjust to a variety of situations

Required education:

• Associates degree or higher preferred

Required experience:

• Recruiting: 1 year
