Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Lakewood, CO 80401

• 100% in-office

Type: Contract to hire

Compensation: $23.00-$25.65/hour

Hours: 40-45 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Customer Service support for Logistics Department
• up to 100 calls/day
• Data Entry
• Inputting Customers’ Information
• Email Management
• Internal Communication

Qualifications

• Call center experience or inbound customer service experience
• General Computer & Typing skills – 35 WPM
• Google and Microsoft Suite
