We are actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Full Time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. Description Of Duties / Essential Functions

The Customer Service Representative should possess a high degree of initiative, excellent communication and writing skill, exceptional attention to detail, well-developed critical thinking skills, and proven analytical abilities.

The Customer Service Representative I will act as a liaison on behalf of the Director. The Customer Service Representative I should be a creative problem solver who is highly organized and able to deliver accurate results in a dynamic environment.

General Responsibilities

Achieves operational objectives by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews.

• Assists in the preparation and support of office initiatives.
• Proactively resolves problems.
• Enhances division reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments actions.
• Assists in daily operations
• Performs clerical duties as required such as answer telephone, correspondence, data entry, copying documents, replying to emails, etc.

Preferences

Must have good oral and written communication skills as well as strong PC (Windows, Microsoft Office/Outlook) skills. Excellent verbal and written communications skills are preferred. Extensive community relations experience and knowledge of city services, community/social services are preferred.
