Hays has partnered with a luxury student accomodation organisation in Bath.
Your new role
The organisation are looking for a Receptionist on a part-time, temporary basis from Monday 16th October. This role is part-time (Monday to Friday, 12:00-18:00), paying £11.00 per hour. There is potential for this to turn into a permanent role. Main duties of the role include:

• Answering telephone calls in relation to student queries
• Greeting students at the main desk
• Helping students check in
• Taking in parcels
• Directing people in university student accomodation

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience working in an administrative/customer service role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
