Customer Service Rep – will be 1 of 2 CSR’s supporting the Service Administrator, flexible attitude, smaller family oriented office, business casual, answering inbound calls, maintaining accounts, Need solid Word and Excel, lots of data entry of orders, updating orders, sending out updates on repairs that need to be done on their air cleaning devices, sending out quotes for the repairs, renewing service contracts, managing the service pool of clients.
Construction related, Manufacturing industry experience a plus.
