In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers and will work closely with them to understand their water treatment needs. Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with key accounts in the water treatment industry
• Collaborate with clients to understand their water treatment needs and provide appropriate solutions
• Conduct regular site visits and assessments to ensure effective implementation of water treatment programs
• Oversee the monitoring and testing of water treatment systems
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting to clients regarding water treatment processes
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients and stakeholders
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of water treatment solutions

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or a related field
• Proven experience in the water treatment industry, preferably as a Technical Account Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of water treatment processes and equipment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software

• During the first year, will be paid based on experience and required training time (range of 40-60K)
• After the first year, salary will be based on knowledge, capacity, and customer service with a high growth potential. Commission will also be paid based on addition services, chemical and equipment sold to the client.
