Insight Global is looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to our client’s team in the greater Cincinatti area. This individual will be responsible for revamping the current talent acquisition strategies.

The role requires analytical mindset to analyze current data, s, and strategies and inquire where improvements can be made.

This individual will have 3 direct s- 2 corporate recruiters and a HR coordinator. You will be responsible for creating KPIS, scorecards, and other metrics to keep direct s accountable.

You will also develop, manage, and execute a successful college recruiting program for interns, co-ops, and full-time hires.

Strong communication skills are required for this role as you will be expected to present and collaborate with high level executives.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a similar field

7+ years of talent acquisition experience

Management experience

Experience assisting with alterations of talent acquisition strategies

Ability to create s and have an analytical mindset

Strong communication skills
