In this role, you provide superior customer service and a positive experience to our customers. You enjoy providing solutions to customers and selling products and services.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
- Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
- Handle customer complaints or concerns
- Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual s for management
Skills And Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Exceptional communication skills
Pay: $21.00 – $32.00 per hour
