5* Spa Attendant – Near Westminster

We are recruiting for a 5* Spa near Westminster. We are looking for Spa Attendant to assist with ensuring the spa facilities are clean, organised and the team are fully supported to ensure smooth running of the spa.

Responsibilities include:
• Greeting guests and providing them with towels, robes, slippers as necessary
• Guiding guests around the spa and ensuring they have everything they need
• Maintain and restocking spa amenities such as shampoo, soap and lotion
• Assisting spa therapists with room set up, treatment couch set up, lighting, candles etc
• Assisting with the set up and close down of the general spa areas each day
• Offering excellent customer service with a warm smile
• Responding to guest enquiries, alerting appropriate people when necessary

This role is a flexible position which offers you the chance t hand pick your shifts and work across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will be from a spa background with at least 1 year in a similar role.
