Job Title: Accounting Assistant

Responsibilities:
– Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including data entry, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts
– Prepare financial s, such as balance sheets and income statements
– Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts
– Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
– Assist with payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements
– Support the accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes
– Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate financial information
– Handle general administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field preferred
– 1+ years of experience in accounting or finance role
– Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Excellent organizational and time management skills
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
– Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) is a plus
