THE OPPORTUNITY

TechInsights is seeking a dynamic and motivated Go-To-Market Sales Recruiter to join our team. As a Go-To-Market Sales Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth by identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier sales talent. You will collaborate closely with the sales leadership and People teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process that results in the acquisition of top sales professionals who will drive our go-to-market strategies forward.

What You Will Do

• Partner with sales leadership to understand hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies, and establish candidate profiles for various sales roles within the organization.
• Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and presenting offers to potential candidates.
• Utilize various sourcing methods, including but not limited to job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for sales positions, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews, evaluating candidates against role requirements and cultural fit.
• Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
• Leverage data-driven insights to continuously improve recruitment strategies and optimize the candidate experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitive intelligence to provide informed guidance on talent acquisition strategies.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or a related field.
• Have four to six years of experience in sales recruitment, showcasing your expertise in sourcing and selecting top-notch sales professionals.
• Proven track record of success in recruiting for go-to-market sales positions within the information service or technology industry.
• Strong understanding of sales roles and responsibilities, as well as the ability to assess candidates’ sales acumen.
• Experience with a variety of sourcing methods and tools, with a focus on both active and passive candidate engagement.
• High level of adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, rapidly evolving environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present opportunities to candidates and collaborate with internal stakeholders.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Data-driven mindset, utilizing metrics to drive continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems JazzHR and other HR software tools such as BambooHR.
