Tripping Together Travel Hiring for Remote Wellness Specialist at United States Full Time

As a Remote Wellness Specialist, you will be responsible for creating customized wellness-focused travel itineraries for our clients. This role requires a deep understanding of holistic well-being, a passion for travel, and excellent organizational skills. You will collaborate with clients to craft experiences that cater to their unique wellness needs and preferences. We believe in the power of travel to rejuvenate the mind, body, and soul. As a Remote Wellness Specialist, you will play a crucial role in designing and coordinating wellness-focused travel experiences that promote relaxation, rejuvenation, and personal growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed consultations with clients to understand their wellness goals, preferences, and any specific requirements.
• Communicate effectively via email, phone, and video conferencing to gather necessary information and provide updates on itinerary progress.
• Utilize your knowledge of various wellness practices, including yoga, meditation, spa treatments, fitness activities, and holistic therapies, to curate personalized wellness vacations.
• Stay informed about wellness-focused destinations, resorts, and retreat centers worldwide.
• Conduct research to identify suitable venues that offer the desired wellness experiences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with wellness providers, retreat centers, spas, and fitness studios to secure the best options for clients.
• Design comprehensive travel itineraries that incorporate wellness activities, relaxation, and cultural experiences.
• Ensure that itineraries align with client preferences, budget constraints, and time constraints.
• Provide guidance on healthy eating options and accommodate dietary preferences or restrictions during the trip.
• Create detailed and comprehensive itineraries, including day-to-day schedules, booking confirmations, contact information, and wellness program details.
• Book travel needs (airline, car rental, hotel accommodations, cruise, ticket/event sales, etc…)
• Maintain organized records of all client interactions, preferences, and trip details.
• Promptly respond to all travel inquires.
• Effectively manage your time when researching trips and communicating with clients
• Handle issues that may arise during the bookings and/or travel for clients
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns that arise during the planning and execution of wellness vacations.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and be authorized to work within the US.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to effectively communicate with clients (sales background a plus)
• Must have a smartphone with internet access, laptop recommend.
• Personal travel experience is a huge plus, however not required.
• Strong knowledge of wellness practices, destinations, accommodations, and transportation options.
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality also a plus, but not required
