Customer Service Advisor – Part Time
Part time, 23 – 30 hours per week
We are looking for a part time Customer Service Advisor / Call Handler for our client who are based in Edinburgh. They are a very large company who continue to grow, hence the reason for them to increase the headcount in their customer service team.
They can be flexible on work hours and they are open between the hours of 8am – 5.30pm, so your week could look something like, for example, 9.30am – 2pm Monday to Friday, or perhaps 3 full days per week. This is all negotiable and up for discussion.

The hourly rate for the role is currently £10.90 per hour, which will again rise when the next Real Living Wage increase comes into effect.
