The Sr. Account Manager role will be responsible for supporting Tracerās existing customer base, working closely with our customer success and product teams to help customers get more value from Tracerās products and services, leading to incremental revenue growth. You will work closely with our customerās executive and operational teams to strengthen and deepen Tracerās relationships, working to uncover new use cases and sales opportunities including upselling existing brand protection offerings along with cross selling new products. You will operate at Sr. executive levels, conducting requirements gathering, drafting proposals and delivering business case justifications for new and expanding programs.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated success in enterprise software and services sales, with a track record of growing customer accounts via new product sales and expansion of existing product and services engagements. The right blend of customer obsession, innovative thinking, delivering results and ownership are critical to the success of our customers and this role.

5+ years of relevant experience selling complex enterprise application software, SaaS and/or PaaS.
