Position: Patient Scheduler

Location: Remote (Must reside within 1 hour of Renton, WA)

Employment Type: Contractor

Compensation: $18 to $20 per hour

About The Role

As a Patient Scheduler, you’ll play a crucial role in providing top-notch customer service to patients and members. This position involves:

Handling Inbound Calls: Answering a high volume of incoming calls from patients and members.

Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently scheduling appointments and ensuring smooth coordination.

Problem Solving: Resolving complex issues related to members’ healthcare plans.

Exceptional Service: Delivering exceptional and timely customer service to all callers.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: You’ll earn $18 to $20 per hour.

What We’re Looking For

To excel in this role, you should have:

Call Center Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment, preferably with scheduling or receptionist responsibilities.

Tech Savviness: 1+ years of experience working on a computer, navigating multiple applications and programs.

Education: A high school diploma is required.
