Job DescriptionMedicaid Onboarding and Claims Analyst / Agent Responsibilities and Duties : Develop deep understanding of software functionality and how it applies to Medicaid Facilitate Medicaid set-up in state systems and other company software product Complete monthly eligibility and claim submissions Maintain ALL Medicaid documentation requirements Analyze data to determine goals and needs and next steps Regularly communicate with clients regarding all stages of the Medicaid process – set-up, status updates, state Medicaid policy changes, and claim review Required Qualifications : Degreed or equivalent experience required High attention to detail and accuracy Effective problem-solving skills Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in fast-paced office environment (On Site) Benefits Company pays 100% of health, vision, and dental insurance along with short-term and long-term disability for employees.
