Sparks Group Hiring for Clinic Operations Manager at Los Angeles, CA Full Time

Job Summary/Company:

Sparks Group has partnered with a Primary Care Medical Practice with multiple locations in LA County to identify a Clinic Operations Manager to manage daily operations of 8 clinic sites. Well qualified candidates will have 5+ years managing multi-site family practice locations. This is salaried opportunity paying $120-140k annually.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations for the front and back office
• Organize daily operations, manage employees, and ensure the success of the operations.
• Work with several internal and external organizations or departments.

Qualifications/Background Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or healthcare field
• 3+ years experience managing a multi-site Medical Practice
• Highly organized and have the ability to successfully lead and manage a busy practice of doctors and other staff members with regards to scheduling, processing of medical records, managing staff, updating and follow-ups of all projects, ensuring all case requirements and processes are met and delivered before deadlines.
• Detail-oriented and meticulous, have the ability to catch clinic staff errors and correct them accordingly, do quality control of s and other documentation for patient cases.
• Excellent communication skills and the confidence to coordinate on behalf of the doctors and/or patients.
• Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced and challenging work environment.
