As Talent Partner you are a strategic influencer who embodies QIC as their customer, the hiring manager and P&C team as their partner, and quality, expediency and diversity as measures of success. You will use talent intelligence, operational excellence, and talent communities as your expertise to gain optimal talent outcomes for QIC.
You will have full ownership of end-to-end recruitment activities to deliver quality candidates to the business maximising direct sourcing. This role champions our Talent Advisory strategy ensuring diversity, inclusion and candidate experience is at the centre of all Talent activities. Talent Partners play a crucial role in helping QIC to understand current and future talent needs and developing and implementing effective strategies to attract, convert and pipeline top talent.
