A rare opportunity to be part of a newly created HR team, supporting an outstanding independent school in Borehamwood.
ing into the HRD, you will be leading the People Operations team of 3, supporting the HRD with a 5 year People strategy and driving the HR operations for the school.
The role will include:
Managing the ER and Operations team.
Responsibility for adherence and audit of all risk and compliance (SCR, DBS, safeguarding, etc).
Monitoring and overseeing all ER cases.
Supporting the HRD and wider HR team with key projects on E, D & I and Wellbeing, Talent Attraction and Retention Techniques, Workforce Planning and Total Reward and Benefits.
Profile
The successful candidate will have relevant schools experience including an in depth understanding of the annual processes, SCR compliance and safeguarding requirements, and extensive end to end operational and strategic HR knowledge.
