As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will play a critical role in helping us attract, engage, and retain the best digital talent in the industry. In this role, you will work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their hiring needs, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, and build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.

This is a 12-month parental leave contract, and you can be based in Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane with hybrid work options.

How will I help?

Key accountabilities include:

• Providing seamless end-to-end talent acquisition, ensuring the attraction and recruitment of quality people for Bupa. Duties include taking a comprehensive job brief, writing and posting job ads, engaging candidates by leveraging our EVP, screening and identifying candidates for interviews and/or talent pools, background checking, providing candidate and hiring manager feedback, and the full back end (offers, contract generation and onboarding)
• Adopting a proactive approach to talent acquisition, including but not limited to LinkedIn pro-active sourcing, Seek Talent Search, leveraging talent pools and talent pipelines, referral networks, attending meet-ups and industry events, and many more
• Partnering with line managers and other internal customers, educating them to ensure the talent acquisition process is known, respected and utilised
• Managing candidates in our ATS Avature and always ensuring candidates are updated in a timely manner
• Compiling, analysing, and presenting data to provide insights into talent acquisition challenges and opportunities
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to ensure exceptional talent acquisition service to maintain attraction and retention of quality candidates

• Pro-active an innovative approach to candidate sourcing
• Demonstrated capability to deliver a great candidate and hiring manager experience
• Outstanding rapport building and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable handling multiple assignments across a range of skillsets, from junior through to senior-level management roles
• Ability to bring data and analytics into the conversation to tell the story, and drive smarter decision making
• Passion for continuous improvement and process optimisation
