Role: Field Clinical Research Associate

Location: Abbott Park, IL – 60064 (Remote)

Duration: 6 Months on W2

Shift Timings: 8am to 5pm

100% Remote role.

30% Travel involved.

• Candidates will be considered based on their geographic location; List on top of the resume what location they’re open to.
• Locations: Chicago, Manhattan, Salt Lake City, North East region- Houston.
• Chicago: Flexible to travel to Houston, someone close to airports as needed to support the overall region as a whole potentially.
• Manhattan: Flexible to travel to Columbia, Mount Sinai.
• Salt Lake City: Flexible to travel to other key metro areas like Denver, Phoenix, and potentially California
• North East: New York or New Jersey

Skills Looking For

• Monitor different studies; exclusively medical device clinical trials; class 3 devices.
• Help in monitoring aspects of the job; there are approximately 10 people in every team.
• Studies can be related to IDE studies, post-market studies, registry studies for client.
• Don’t need people to drive the roles, just need them to help with the monitoring aspect of the job.
• Monitoring experience at Mt. Sanai, NYU, Columbia, and Cornell will stand out at the resume and strongly be preferred.

Education And Experience

• Minimum associate’s degree.
• Overall experience of 7 to 10 years with a minimum 2 years of monitoring experience in Med devices specifically vascular or structural heart or heart failure.

• Medical Device Monitoring exp
• Able to go to the site and work with key customers; Monitor in a professional manager manner management style at the site.
• Must be a strong communicator and have attention to details as they will be engaging often with the physicians and research coordinators external to in a sense our customers and so they must show professionalism.
• Ability to pick up technology and follow protocols adopted for different studies.

Interview Process

• Phone Screening followed by two to three rounds of panel video interviews.
