About the Opportunity:

This Talent Coordinator role will be a dynamic blend of administrative tasks supporting our Talent Advisory team and partnering with clients, candidates and the wider We Are Charlotte team to deliver a positive and seamless recruitment experience.

Every day at We Are Charlotte is different, but a typical week may include responsibilities such as:

• Assisting the Head of Talent Advisory and Talent Partners in implementing Talent initiatives and running Talent team activities
• Supporting end-to-end recruitment activities, including attending interviews when needed, conducting phone screens, and leading Talent Advisory projects
• Preparing and posting job advertisements on various job boards
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Screening incoming resumes and applications, identifying qualified candidates
• Conducting reference checks for shortlisted candidates
• Maintaining communication with candidates throughout the process, answering questions and providing updates
• Attending industry events or virtual meetups to expand professional contacts and stay informed about industry developments

Your Story:

We’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Experience in a Talent Acquisition team (agency or internal)
• A solution mindset and willingness to collaborate with the Talent Advisory team to solve problems and provide best-practice solutions for our clients
• Passion for delivering a positive candidate and client experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills – it’s fast paced at We Are Charlotte!
• Experience with ATS software and systems (our tech stack currently includes JobAdder, XRef and LinkedIn Recruiter)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
