Position Overview:
As a Technical Account Manager at Rent Butter, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our key clients. You will serve as the liaison between our clients and our technical teams, ensuring seamless communication, understanding of client needs, and successful delivery of our products and services. The ideal candidate is not only technically proficient but also possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key clients.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Lead onboarding and implementation for clients, configuring their systems and training their teams
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Understand clients’ business objectives and work collaboratively to align our solutions with their needs.
Technical Expertise:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Develop a deep understanding of our products and services.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our solutions.
Project Coordination:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Collaborate with internal technical teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of products and services.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Manage and track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Issue Resolution:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Proactively identify and address technical issues or challenges faced by clients.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues promptly and effectively.
Communication:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Provide regular updates to clients on project status, new features, and upcoming developments.
Feedback Collection:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Gather feedback from clients to enhance our products and services.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Act as the voice of the customer within the organization.
Qualifications:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Bachelor’s degree in business or computer science.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Proven experience in a technical account management or similar role.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Technical background, with an understanding of scripting, SQL and databases.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Bonus* if you are familiar with Yardi, Propertyware or Real Page
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
